I’ve used this app for one purpose for the last few years. That is to check the mid rate for USD to COP. I’m a true expat that has lived abroad for 10 years and everytime I have considered using this platform to affect a transfer my account is constantly locked. It is infuriating. I use VOIP numbers and apparently that makes my account a risk account and im constantly locked out. So using the other services XE offers has been impossible. A shame because I am constantly transferring money from my US account to my local here and other platforms get my business.
