The App is very useful and I have attained some success in using it and whilst the chat bots are helpful after the program I elected to continue using the App and so I am in what they refer as the ‘maintenance phase’, which is when it goes down hill. I have had a few glitches with it software like and have reported on many occasions through all it contact points but just get the run around as I think it must run a low rent AI system.
