The Roman Candle

This has been the first intuitive animation app that I have found for doing traditional 2D animation, not only as a mobile app, but even compared to professional desktop animation software in terms of ease-of-use. I have to disagree with those who request more features such as effects, scene transitions, etc. There are plenty of apps out there for accomplishing those tasks that can be imported from Rough Animator. I’ve worked in apps such as TV Paint, and although it’s a great piece of software, it’s just too bogged down with so many features that it practically obscures the animation features
