The Real Big Em

The hatch app keeps telling me that I need to update it and when I choose the option to update, it loads forever and never does anything! Just gets stuck on the loading screen. Contacted hatch and I don’t think I even heard back from them. I have two hatches that I can’t use! Would be nice if this issue was resolved. Update: I contacted hatch through their text feature (not sure if it’s new or if I missed it the first time I contacted) after writing this review and it was resolved almost immediately! I was able to send screenshots of what was happening on my app and they reset my products on
