The Genuine customer

They show the items that aren’t on stock and when the order is placed and we are waiting for the delivery for about a week we get to know the order was cancelled without any information to the customer. Just imagine the pain of having a gift ordered for our loved one informing them about it and later on Zara says it’s cancelled. 😭
