We have been using 800.com for our business ShortStaf, to manage our event staff and customers that are posting events. Prior to getting the business line, we had our employees using their personal phones, and it was really difficult for our team to be on the same page. The app and dashboard allow us to jointly call, text, and track our calls. The transcription and call tracking are my favorite features and the analytics are awesome for helping me manage how many team members I need at a time and when we are the busiest. We love 800.com and 100% recommend!
