I have been using this app most nights for years and have really enjoyed monitoring the quality of my sleep. Now I know why I wake up so tired sometimes...I slept badly. There isn't much I can do about that, but feel justified that I'm feeling worn out instead of thinking that I'm just lazy and want to sleep all the time. No wonder I don't want to get up (although I always do). I'm really still tired. I like that the way that it is. I'm teaching myself to play the guitar for which I am not a natural. Every step is a struggle. Tuning was one of the major struggles for me. Different techniques really didn't work very well. Neither did the little tuning box that I bought, although it helped. It was a little complicated to use and inconvenient. This app is so easy to use!!! There are probably knowledgeable people who would criticize a person for not knowing better or learning better. I'm doing the best I can so that I can enjoy the guitar. This tool has made my situation so much better! And I am grateful!!
