I hate to give such a low score, but I have to say the service is disappointing. After I purchased VIP membership, the content in the app wasn’t updated, as if I hadn’t bought the membership. The feedback page, which says ‘we value every piece of opinion’, didn’t get back to me after I submitted my issue. No customer service at all! It also said we could join a WeChat group for Cantonese learning, but there was no response after I tried to contact the organizer of this group. Made me wonder if anyone is still maintaining this app. If not, why does it still encourage us to pay for membership, g
