Update on this review. Half the incoming calls I try record aren’t recorded or stored. 1 star Pay for Pro plus to transcribe the call. Transcription is ok, when i talk to someone with same tone of voice, the transcription is often muddled and doesn’t show the correct speaker. Furthermore, the problem gets worse by the fact that you can’t fast forward, rewind or make any adjustments to the time stamp of the audio when you’re viewing the transcription. So I’m trying to dissect the recorded call to get exact quotes, but I have to flip back and forth from audio time table to the transcription.
