The app would be so much better with AI translations for seller listings and descriptions. I can’t read Thai so, as it is, half the time I miss something in the description that is important to ordering the correct product. I’m 100% sure this will reduce returns and make LAZADA more money. Plus, I know it’s possible, GRAB offers this on their app and it’s so much easier to use. This is a no brainer.
