Xfinity is the worst. They lie about everything. I changed my tv package to one with less channels and they told me several times it would not go in effect until the next billing cycle. Less than an hour later I lost my internet, phone, and cable service. I managed to get internet and cable back by resetting the router but several rests of the cable box did nothing. I called and was told by somebody whose most understandable words were “I’m sorry for the inconvenience “ that she would fix the problem before we hung up. That turned out to be a lie because she ultimately told me that the cable
