Just needs a couple of tweaks. It would be nice to make sub categories, add more than one image per field, more font control ( bold,color,etc.) and in choose field, the ability to choose multiple fields.also, could you left align the fields to make room for entering info. These would make it a 5 star app. Look forward to an update soon.
