iTunes secretly remove people’s purchases. I purchased many albums. Many not accessible. When I go to iTunes Store to view the album, it displays the price. I love the album so I pay again. This is a shame. I have to pay multiple times to listen to the music I already purchased. I can even see the iTunes Store receipt from 2 years ago for the same album. I purchase it again today so I get another receipt. Seeing the two receipts make me laugh. This is just one album. There are many albums I lost access but I didn’t have time to complain. I am not sure what is wrong with Apple, but this is not

(1) the app is poorly designed. When you are browsing through the products, reviews, sometimes there is no way to go back to previous screen and you end up with a blank screen. Nowhere to go, forcing you to exit and reopen the app. This is not acceptable for an app from a company with 200Billion market caps. ( 2) unverified suppliers. Why Alibaba allow unverified suppliers in the first place? Too many ridiculously cheap prices from unverified suppliers. Obviously they are scammers and should be banned. No idea why the app ask for phone number when you sign up. This is not a banking account. You don’t need phone numbers.
