Organizer has “Refund available 7 days before event”. I submitted the request within that timeframe. Was declined & given the message from organizer that tix are not refundable. BUT I get a non-expiring credit! Barf! Would have never purchased a ticket if that was the case. Eventbrite really gives you no recourse & you have no protection. You don’t even get an email confirmation when you submit the request. Even if an organizer has had multiple events, you can’t even see past reviews to know if they’re trustworthy.
