I have been using it for almost 5 years. Focus mode is an adaptation in its own right for easily distracted people. But a couple days back I messed up and accidentally deleted all my library…and Tech service helped me fix it in no time. What a beautiful, minimalistic, handy piece of code. Worth every penny
