The service isn’t honest and never will reply to your complains or requests. I get the messages from them every single day with different unnecessary information but I’ve never got any reminder about my subscription. One day I was surprise to get a message from my bank about 200€ of charge from myHeritage. I immediately filled in the request to cancel my subscription and refund money for the rest period, since I don’t plan to get it for the next period of time, I didn’t like the service for the value. I got an automatic massage that my claim was received and would be processed during next coup
