I have not received the correct refund amount for my order and it was closed. I want to reopen my case as I have not received the refund fully. This is so unethical on your part. It was not expected from your end. The specialist did not even confirm the amount before moving forward. This is really discouraging and I would not be able to trust your services in future. I have been cheated by you. I wanted my full refund or my order. But you have closed the issue by compensating the service charges only. This was very upsetting. Tried reaching them many a times but no way to get my problem solved
