I bought a a day pass for parking in Lido di Jesolo at 23:30 after the expiration of parking which was initially bought from machine but they charged me 5 euros and provided only 30 minutes. I had to pay again at the machine and made a complaint. They answered only 2 weeks later and refused the refund even if I had the proof. They simply said you are not eligible to get a refund. The worst app and totally unreliable. Do not recommend at all!
