I have been flying on SWA since I was 12 years old, I am now 60. I have had so many friends and family that has worked for and still does work for SWA. Some in Upper Management that started out as Ramp Agents and worked their way up. Some worked in Reservations, a few worked in Stores ( I think that’s what it’s called when they run parts out etc). Currently my Son works in Stores and my Daughter-in-law is a Flight Attendant. I even got to meet Herb once when my brother-in-law was in upper management. He was a wonderful person!!!
