Although I have had a very pleasant experience banking with MidFirst, their app is by far one of the most lackluster things I have ever seen. Even smaller banks I have been a part of have better functionality. I see now that the regular app has FaceId, but as a customer with personal and business accounts, I appear to be stuck with the business version. As prior users have stated, it is not much better online.
