I made an order through this app for groceries, around €40 and it wasn't delivered eventually. It said it did ring our door and left me texts, but I didn't get any of them. And they cancelled my order and insisted to not refund my whole money. How ridiculous to pass responsibility to their customers. It was my second order and I was thinking of getting a membership of this app, I chose not to. If you can, use another app like Deliveroo. This Glovo won't give you any refund.
