we ordered food and got something completely different from what we ordered. there is a robot in customer service that works really badly. when we finally got a hold of a real person in customer service, he told us that even though we got a completely different product from what we ordered, he couldn't refund the amount because the robot had made the decision to only refund 50%. really ridiculous. so use the app if you want to risk losing money and feeling bad because customer service won't help you.
