American Airlines is the worst most unorganized airline I have ever experienced!!! I will never use them again!!! After getting to JFK being notified at check in flight was changed THEN getting moved to earlier flight which was fine that’s why you go early. The other person with me the agent changed her flight and when checking in at the connecting flight had been changed to 12 hours later!!! But didn’t know until her ticket wouldn’t scan!!! The ticket agent was rude when we were trying to figure out and asking questions as if this was her fault. Called customer service and they seen where it
