Frustrating
I spent hours trying to check in after my 24 hour allowance began for my flight. After trying to upsell me it took me to my check-in page but first I had to complete my personal information. Going to this page generated no information whatsoever. I tried a dozen times or more on two different phones and it just wouldn’t work. So I called customer service who claimed to check me in and even told me my seat assignment. Lo and behold, I arrived at LHR to find I wasn’t actually checked in and had no seat yet. Terrible.
This also happened 3 weeks ago with BA’s app.
