Update: “emails are typically responded to within 24 hours.” The email that they responded with was almost fully a copy and paste from their support page that does absolutely nothing to help resolve the issue. So, I’ve been using stripe for about 4 years now, and it’s great, until they randomly say your password isn’t working and then lock you out of the system so you can’t track your payments and there’s no way to contact support without submitting a claim that will take who knows how long, all the while your payments are locked up. Terrible customer service and support
