I ask how to cancel the membership in the app. The app tells me I need to do it in person. Then the person at the desk ends up guiding me through doing it on the app? And we didn’t adjust my membership down to lower the cost before canceling, so I am gonna have to go through all this again. Big surprise a billion-dollar company wants to milk me for a couple hundred bucks before I leave. My wife wants to resume our membership in the future, but this makes me not want to return.
