I am a tech guy and use all of these ticketing apps. I can say with certainty that Ticketmaster is the absolute worst. My tickets were locked for a full day while I tried to access them. The chat session crashed the app after 30 minutes waiting for an agent on three consecutive attempts to get help. I had to get the people at Will Call to send me a link to get the tickets for my event (CWS). I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, rebooted my phone, etc., but was never able to get it to work. Then, I tried to list tickets I had purchased for a next game for sale but could never get it to work.
