Not a good UI/UX especially when tens of millions are accessing the site. Once a fan is logged into their account it should be easy to access tickets purchased or transferred. I was barely able to find how to accept WC tickets transferred to me! I had to go to the help menu for instructions. FIFA makes transferring tickets too complicated. They need to have a link called transfer/accept tickets once you’ve logged into your account. Not making fans have to go on a scavenger hunt to find tickets purchased or transferred to them!
