I’ve been very inconsistent with exercise in the past, and I wanted to find a place where I was 100% accountable. O.t is where I know I’ll get an excellent workout with very high quality coaches. The ones I met are Angela, DeVonte and Jay and they are all excellent and very knowledgeable coaches. I love the way they encourage us and always assist us with our needs. For my part, I had a lot of questions and needed some modifications for the floor work.
