We stayed in one of their listings and not only were we charged extra. When we got to the house we stayed the night and the next day four of us that laid on one of the lounge chairs outside and had bite marks everywhere and even caused my son in law to be sick and have to take off three days of work. When we proceeded to inform the host, they came up with a story and a false receipt for a company that doesn’t exist realizing they were trying to get out of the responsibility of what happened I went to inform Airbnb.
