I am extremely disappointed with my repeated experiences using InDriver. Unfortunately, the service quality has consistently been below expectations. Many of the vehicles are poorly maintained, with unpleasant conditions, and the level of professionalism among drivers is often lacking. What concerns me most, however, is the complete absence of effective customer support. Today, I accidentally left my bag in one of your drivers’ cars, and there has been no proper assistance or response from your team. Instead, the responsibility is placed entirely on the passenger to resolve the issue directly
