When booking through their app, I received an e-mail about how customer verification is needed because of the booking is made via an “third party travel agent” - who are themselves?? They then block my booking as I have to go through the verification which costs money, except if i go through an extensive process of uploading my photos, my personal information e.g. on a link. We’ve been in contact with customer service who basically says that yes, it’s mistake, and no, we won’t fix it. Huge scam and so disappointing
