I have had to reset my password several times but I still can’t log in. I am frustrated.

I thought I was downloading the popular Wordle game. After a few try’s the ads were insane! So I stupidly paid 3.00 chf for no ads. Well, nothing has changed. You play 1x amd you can’t do anything else. You have to exit the entire game to get out of the ad loop. I want my money back! This is a total fraud. Apple, how can you allow this???
