Customer service doesn’t work properly. I ordered a bag , paid, then the seller told me to cancel the order cause he can’t ship to my destination. which I did. He didn’t confirm my request but kept telling me over and over to cancel the order !!!! I reached out to the AI guy on the website. No help . This is unacceptable. Not a smooth shopping experience but a headache. Prefer shopping in a store.
