My experience with Trip.com has been absolutely unacceptable. For seven days, I have been chasing them for a simple cancellation and refund. I sent multiple emails, made repeated phone calls, and wrote several messages, yet they completely ignored every attempt to reach them. This level of negligence and disrespect toward customers is shocking. A company that cannot provide basic customer support should not be operating in the travel industry.
