If you receive no communication from Upside after cashing out your points (ie gift card) you know my frustration. Your balance goes to $0 and you have no gift card or reimbursement. Don’t fret completely. This appears to be a widespread problem, especially for Users that sign-into their Upside using their Apple ID. For one reason or another, Upside’s email domain is not forwarded by Apple’s relayer (which is designed to keep your actual email hidden from apps like Upside). Best I can see, they use a different email address than the one they regularly use to keep you up to date each time y
