They’ve added banners over videos after ads have played that require multiple taps to dismiss. There is not one human alive whose experience is improved by this change, unless their only contact with the platform is in their stock portfolios. It’s good, though; I’m happy knowing that every bit of joy I lose dismissing an ad I’ve already skipped is going to someone who really did something important with their life. Unfortunately, the fact that I, one of the swine, am being left any shred in which to find solace is an unforgivable mistake. Hopefully one day they’ll just chain my ankles behind m
