I’m usually pretty tech savvy. I just downloaded this app since Skype has retired. I decided to use the $2 free credit before handing over my card info. I used the app to dial a business number in the UK. I kept looking at the app because I couldn’t figure out what the rate was and wanted to be sure I wasn’t about to abruptly run out of money and end the call unexpectedly. I spent 7 minutes on the call and the $2 credit didn’t change. After I hung up I saw the app still said I have $2. I looked at my call history and it appears that I called the UK from my regular US cell phone, not via the ap
