Unfortunately i tried to reach them many times but there’s no easy way to get in contact with them about an issue, and even though i wrote down my issue in their site and they should review in short time they didn’t and there’s no clue if they did! They suddenly banned my account while i did nothing at all to violate their conditions + when i just subscribed too with big amount of money and didn’t get the chance to use it, my account still banned till this day from months ago.
