I was enrolled in some kind of auto renewal plan, without be getting notified. I contacted customer support to claim that I have been charged for something I never did or enrolled for.. they are keeping saying that I did enroll.. which is ridiculous. This company is tricking customer and getting them auto enrolled in some plan automatically. Be careful being getting scammed by this app or company. Customer representatives are also not supportive enough to address your issue. Be careful guys before getting cheated by this app.
