I updated my app yesterday and immediately my fan lost connection. I tried manually and scan with camera to enter serial number, it said the model is not compatible with the app version. I can’t downgrade the app. Before updating the app, I usually connect my fan using WiFi and had no problem at all. I bought my fan in 2018 and had no issues until now. Are we stop supporting older model now???
