I booked a hotel room in Beijing and planned my budget very carefully since I’m only traveling a limited number of days. I used this app because it made booking quick and convenient. However, right after I booked the hotel, it was suddenly refunded for some reason. I have no idea why or what happened. Now I have to wait 5–7 business days for the refund, which has completely disrupted my travel budget and plans. This was a very frustrating experience, especially because I relied on the booking being confirmed.
