I’ve used Strong app for years and now have to find an alternative. I use my Apple Watch to manage my workouts. It’s with me on the bench. It’s just not practical to have to keep the iphone with me. So, for me, using the watch as I complete sets is essential. The “new” Apple Watch app just will not sync templates from the iphone. I’ve tried the few troubleshooting steps provided in the app to no avail. The watch app continues to show “pending for sync” with the templates I’ve created in the ios app. I can start a “quick start” workout on the watch, which does sync to the iphone, but the w
