Update: I wanted to add the update that my local transit agency appears to still be working with Transit. So that means that 1) my local transit agency is giving this company taxpayer money to access data and feedback from their users; and 2) this company is charging money for their users to have the privilege of providing this data that they are charging money for. I will be writing to my local transit agency to urge them to stop giving this company money and use those funds to improve their own apps instead. I used to loyally use this app every day.
