This app (and frankly, this entire airline) is so completely worthless that I’m shocked at its current rating. Checking in via this app is a absolute nightmare. It does not work the way it should, and more likely than not you will get stuck on a loading screen and unable to retrieve your boarding passes. I would say you’re better off checking in on a laptop, but their website is just as atrocious. You may as well just check in with someone at the airport. There are dozens of other problems with this app that render it a complete waste of time, but it’s really not worth the effort to type out.
