PayPal failed to properly handle a legitimate buyer protection dispute for professional software. I provided extensive documentation showing that the software was not fit for professional use, including vendor-confirmed performance defects and reproducible issues. Despite this, PayPal closed the case using physical-goods criteria and ignored software performance and fitness for purpose entirely. The dispute process feels outdated and poorly equipped to deal with digital goods and professional services. I was forced to escalate the matter to my credit card issuer, who handled it correctly. P

So many problems with this app. It’s trash
