I travel frequently and used Expedia almost exclusively for a couple of years. All was fine until a booked flight was cancelled. The airline referred me back to Expedia and I spent hours on the phone with some customer service rep in India or somewhere, achieving nothing. Ended up buying another ticket and never received refund or compensation from Expedia. Same story then occurred again a few months later. Happy to donate my 000’s of Expedia points to anyone. Now I book only direct with airlines and hotels. Works out very well. Expedia … screwed me twice. Go screw yourselves.
