I’ve been a member of Grab for years and ordered almost everyday from them, spending hundreds of dollars a month. I placed an order one day and the store confirmed it. Then they canceled it at 10pm when all the other stores were closed so I couldn’t order from the other stores with the same products. I ordered before the cut off time and they accepted the order. I contacted customer support and they said that the items were sold out which was a lie because the next morning the items were still there. They lied and didn’t bother to do anything for a loyal and good customer like me. Too bad I bo
