I’ve seen adverts at airports where United claims this to be the world’s best app. Well they must live in a small world. I fly with many airlines that put this one to shame time and time again. Hugely inconsistent experience between app and web, only oriented for Americans (no foreigner credit cards allowed) and the worst of all is when flying goes wrong you’re left high and dry with false information in the app and no help. Get your product managers passports and come fly with some European airlines to understand what world class actually looks like.
