By far the most useless support I’ve ever encountered in any app. You attach an email to an account that you can’t recover data from. Support doesn’t read details. If you ever have a phone that doesn’t work and you need to use a new phone, kiss your account goodbye

The signin process is utterly cumbersome. The decision to change the keyboard styles for all 3 fields is frustrating. Everyone is used to typing on a single type of keyboard across all apps. However each input field in the signup has a different keyboard orientation which makes it extremely difficult to type and error prone.
